At Rib Shop we have re-tubed many Highfield Ribs. We have templates available for several of the Highfield models making it simple to replace the old PVC tube with quality Orca Hypalon.
It was a pleasure to work on this beautiful example of craftmanship. We removed the old fuel tank, fitted a new tank, fitted new synthetic teak deck and replaced the tubes. An updated look for this Ribeye! Anthracite Fabric Impression Hypalon by Orca, black teardrop rubbing strake, black handles and new logos for a sleek, modern design.
A refreshed look for this Porters 5.4m sailing club Rib. New tubes built in-house from Orca 828 Etna Red Hypalon with black accessories including additional protection at the bow. Laser cut logos completed the look.
We had the pleasure of re-tubing this Humber 4.3m for a local sailing club recently. Sticking with the traditional Orange Sylvano 828 Orca Hypalon with black accessories, we also supplied and fitted new laser-cut logos.
This Protector 8.5m was re-tubed in Arctic Grey 828 Orca Hypalon fabric and finished in keeping with the original Americas Cup design using Anthracite Fabric Impression Hypalon for protection and styling.
Ribtec Camel Rib retubed in Sunflower Yellow Orca Hypalon fabric with black rubber fittings.
This Cobra 6.5m was retubed in Ocean Blue Orca Hypalon fabric and finished with grey style patches, handles and rubber fittings.The Hull, consoles and deck areas were also deep-cleaned and polished. New upholstery completes the look.
This Ribeye 785 was re-tubed to match the original two-tone design in Arctic Grey and Ocean Blue Orca 828 Hypalon fabric.It was finished with laser cut Ocean Blue style patches and logos.
