The C7 inflation valve service kit includes the diaphragm, spindle and spring.
When removing the C7 valve you may require the valve spanner
How to replace the valve diaphragm on a C7 inflation valve:
1. Push in the valve spindle and twist to the left to lock the valve open.
2. Completely deflate the Rib tube.
3. Undo and remove the valve body from the tube being careful not to drop the retaining nut into the tube.
4. Keep the tube flat and close to the ground as it can be difficult to recover the valve if it falls into the tube.
5. Remove the diaphragm from the back of the valve, rotate the spindle to the right and remove from the valve.
6. Fit the new spindle and spring and twist to the left to lock in the open position.
7. Fit the new diaphragm to the back of the spindle.
8. Re-fit the valve into the tube and tighten using the valve spanner

I don't normally bother doing reviews but I was so pleased with this item I thought I would. I saw the item and fitting instructions and didn't think it would be as easy as stated but it was actually easier. Excellent product very fair price very pleased I found the RIB shop
