Designed to repair leaks and seal porosity in inflatable boat and Rib fabric as well as adding an extra layer of protection from the inside.
Easily applied through an inflation valve, it will create a permanent flexible repair to small, difficult to find leaks.
Specially formulated for use with inflatable boats, rafts and tow toys.
The sealant forms a bond with the interior fabric of the inflatable, stopping or sealing slow leaks. Please note, this is not designed to fully seal seam leaks.
It can also inhibit future leaks from developing.
In one easy step leaks are cured from the inside which are virtually impossible to find from the outside.
It is the only product of its kind which allows for future deflation of your inflatable (for storage, etc) without the skin sticking to itself and making re-inflation virtually impossible.
Suitable for Hypalon and PVC Inflatables.
Bottle size of 1.14lt - this will coat the inside of a 3.5m Dinghy
How to use: 1. Deflate the boat. 2. Inject the liquid sealant into the air chambers through the valves. 3. Inflate the boat. 4. Turn the boat end over end and side to side, making sure that the entire interior is covered. 5. It's sealed and as good as new!

repair to old avon redseal 10'
Bought this product to try and nail slow leak - in the inevitable impossible to get to place! - to otherwise stirling craft. Also bad leak in much patched thwart.
2 issues: volume of product in tube and keeping it from drying in valves, on flap in particular, causing poor sealing.
Product is very thin so spreads about easily and cured spots are tough and flexible which is promising.
Product is from u.s, talks about adding 8 ounces to tube section, no graduations marked on bottle and tubes obviously have different volumes.
I overfilled and despite two hot days of tumbling and repeatedly expelling damp air (it's waterbased) there is still some sloshing about in there. Not a problem for ribs but for a dinghy that you pack down for storage/transport you want it dry in there, past tacky stage when you could find the boat is stuck together internally. Might have to try and drain the surplus out.
It's working though. Unfortunately too well in the case of the thwart which pressurised in the sun and blew out at the seam! Fortunately easy to get to and more business for ribstore. Should have ordered the glue first time round.

I’ve used this product to fix air leak through small holes on my SIB inflatable boat. It does it’s job. However, this product doesn’t work on holes more than 2mm at all. I would recommend to use 2 components glue instead.

Bought this for the tubes of my rib, where one chamber in particular was going down faster than the rest to very soft. Soapy water failed to find any leaks.
As I could not move the rib, or really manipulate the tubes to coat the inside properly, I used a garden sprayer with extended wand (8mm tube from B&Q) through the valve hole to coat the inside as much as possible. Got through much more volume than recommended just because of sprayer (1 litre for the chamber), but so be it.
Chamber is almost solid 3 months later (so now I need to do the rest to keep up)
Downside is cost hence 4 stars rather than 5, plus I have no idea as to the longevity of the product once applied.
