When you buy goods from us, you are entering into a contract with us. You will be required to provide your Full Name, Billing Address, Delivery Address, Contact Number and Email Address, even if you choose to checkout using the “guest” function.

When paying by Paypal: Your details are stored on our website and on Paypal.
When paying by credit or debit card: Your details (except card details) are stored on our website, our accounts package “Sage 50 Accounts” accessed only by internal staff and SagePay, our merchant. SagePay will hold your card details but they will not be accessible by SagePay staff or Rib Shop Ltd staff.
When paying by credit or debit card in store: If you request a full invoice, we will need to take your Full Name and Address. We will keep the Merchant copy of the payment receipt. Information held on this will be your full card number and expiry number. These receipts are securely filed. WorldPay will hold your card details but they will not be accessible by WorldPay staff or Rib Shop Ltd staff.
When paying by credit or debit card over the phone: We will require your Full Name, Billing Address, Delivery Address, Contact Number and Email Address, Card Number, Expiry Date and Security Code. We enter this information directly into the terminal and do not write card details down. We will keep the Merchant copy of the payment receipt. Information held on this will be your full card number and expiry number. These receipts are securely filed. WorldPay will hold your card details but they will not be accessible by WorldPay staff or Rib Shop Ltd staff.
For all orders which require to be sent by courier, we will pass on your Full Name, Delivery Address, Contact Number and Email Address.
Data Protection states that we are allowed to use and share your personal data only where we have a proper and valid reason to do so. The law states we must have one of the following reasons:

Delivery partners – in order for you to receive your goods, we work with a number of delivery partners. We only pass limited and relevant information to them in order to ensure delivery of your order.
Website host – we have an external website host, Bigcommerce. They will collect your data on our behalf to allow us to fulfil your order.
Payment processors – we work with Paypal, WorldPay & SagePay to process payments securely.
We want to keep you up to date with information about new products, special offers, and news about our business which we think may be of interest to you. We will ask you if you wish to receive this type of marketing information via email. We will not send marketing information through post, unless we include it in your order.
We will not share your information with external companies for our marketing purposes.
