Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel; you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be in a shop.

We will refund the standard delivery cost of getting the goods to you. If you opt for an enhanced service, such as fast delivery, you will not be refunded the full amount. We will not refund the cost of returning the item to us if you choose to cancel.  Please note, if you do not pay the correct postage, we will deduct any fees charged to us by Royal Mail from your refund. Should you choose to keep part of your order, you will not be eligible for a refund on original delivery costs. 

You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing, either by email to sales@rib-shop.com or by using the form below.

Please note, the above applies to goods, not services, purchased on our website or by telephone. Custom made goods are also exempt. 

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

To return an item from overseas, please contact us for more information as charges will apply.
